How are orders shipped?
All orders are managed by Australia Post eParcel/Australia Post eParcel International. Orders will be shipped within 1 business day excluding (public holidays).
Once your order has been dispatched, our team will provide you with confirmation of shipment and a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order via Australia Post.
What are your international shipping options?
International shipping is available to New Zealand. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and we offer free shipping over the following thresholds:
- New Zealand - orders over AUD $150.00
Please be aware that any items shipped internationally may be subject to import duties and taxes applicable to your country or the country you’re shipping to. You will be responsible for additional charges that incur for customs clearance. Customs policies vary from country to country and PILLAR Performance recommends that you contact your local customs office for further information.
We endeavour to replace any product delivered that you are unhappy with, for any reason, provided such return is made within fourteen (14) days of shipment with a valid proof of purchase.
If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and our team will be happy to assist. If we are unable at the time of return to replace or exchange the product, we will reimburse your credit card for the amount initially debited for the purchase, including any postage charges.
You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items. You bear the risk of loss during shipment. We recommend that you take steps to insure your return shipment against loss or damage and that you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.
Refunds are processed within approximately fifteen (15) business days of our receipt and inspection of the returned goods. No credit will be issued for material not in a resalable condition. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the site.
We do not offer refunds for ‘change of mind’ or on any products designated on this site as non-returnable.
