Do I need to take each product in the TRAINING COMPLETE BUNDLE daily?

While consistency of use is a key compotent of successful micronutrition supplementation, you do not necessarily need to take everything daily. It is recommended, especially in periods of high physical stress of training, that daily consumption is high to provide your body with adequate support. These are the benefits of taking each product daily: ULTRA B ACTIVE. A major function of the forms of vitamin B complex is the metabolism of proteins and amino acids. In the case of thiamine, riboflavin and vitamin B6, these are used to convert food into energy that can be utilised during exercise, with supplementation demonstrating the ability to support efficient energy production at a cellular level. Folate and vitamin B12 play an integral role in the synthesis of red blood cells and the repair of damaged muscle cells. ULTRA IMMUNE C is best used at any point where training loads are high. We see many professional athletes cycle onto this supplement when training load is extremely high (e.g. preseason, training blocks for races) as a precautionary measure for compromised immunity through physical exertion. Exercise produces free radicals – which are an important part of adaptation – but in excess can also cause damage, ongoing soreness and pain. ULTRA OMEGA reduces inflammation by counteracting free radicals which have the potential to damage cells. Magnesium is depleted through sweat, urination, and lipolysis; all incurred at greater levels when undertaking endurance exercise. Therefore, those participating in endurance sports need to be aware that they deplete magnesium at far greater rates than sedentary people. To ensure optimal sleep and recovery, TRIPLE MAGNESIUM should be taken before sleep, but most importantly when high-intensity training has occurred.

How should I space out my micros throughout the day?

We recommend dividing your intake of the TRAINING COMPLETE BUNDLE as follows: ULTRA B ACTIVE taken early in the day (i.e. with breakfast). It uses eight key vitamin B groups to optimise energy levels, relieve fatigue, support nervous system health, and the metabolism of carbohydrates, proteins and fats. ULTRA IMMUNE C can be taken at any stage during the day, but due to the fat-soluble nature of vitamin D3, it is recommended to have alongside a meal. ULTRA OMEGA, our EPA-dominant fish oil, is best consumed with any of the three main meals of your day, as the fats are best absorbed in conjunction with fats from a meal. TRIPLE MAGNESIUM. 60 mins prior to sleep. The inclusion of potent magnesium bisglycinate in TRIPLE MAGNESIUM means this product supports the nervous system and helps with sleep, muscle relaxation, and overall recovery. What is the advantage of these products over a conventional multivitamin?

Traditional micronutritional supplementation is formulated for non-athletic users meaning potency and bioavailability are compromised. Magnesium & Vitamin C Combo

It was by chance, that I firstly tried your magnesium. I am always looking for a complete product, that will look after both my sleep, muscle cramps and restless legs which I have suffered with, for many years. Together with the Vit C powder, it is a great recovery combo to aid post exercise fatigue.
